Dump site coordination

Every export job has a quiet second question after “how many trucks?” — where is this material allowed to go? The answer moves with the material type, the facility’s current acceptance criteria, and paperwork that changes more often than most PMs expect.

D’s coordinates disposal as part of the trucking scope: matching your material to a facility that accepts it, getting profiles and approvals in place before the first load, and keeping the tickets straight so closeout is arithmetic.

How we run it

Start with the material: soils reports, analytical data if it exists, and an honest description of what the dig will produce. Facilities decide on paperwork, and surprises at the scale house stop trucks.

We line up the primary facility and a fallback — acceptance criteria and daily capacity change, and a job that depends on one gate is a job waiting to stall.

Approvals, load counts and tickets are tracked per facility. When the environmental consultant or the agency asks where load forty-one went, the answer is on paper.

Who orders this

GCs and excavation subs with material beyond obvious clean fill. Jobs with environmental oversight. Estimators who want disposal priced honestly at bid time instead of discovered during the dig.

Questions estimators ask

My material has a profile — can you still haul it?
Usually, to a facility permitted for it. Send the analytical results early; approval takes days, not hours, and the trucks should never be waiting on the paperwork.
What does disposal cost?
It depends on the material and the facility, and it moves. What we promise is visibility: tip costs pass through where your subcontract wants them, and we flag changes before they hit an invoice. No pricing on this site — that conversation happens on the phone with a real scope.
Can you find a site that WANTS clean fill?
Often — grading jobs importing fill are the cheapest destination there is, and pairing an export job with an import job nearby is the best cycle in trucking. That matchmaking is part of the service.
What paperwork should I have ready before export starts?
The soils report, any analytical results, and the project’s export quantities. If the material is clean fill a description may be all a receiving site wants; anything with a profile needs the lab data attached to the facility’s acceptance form. Send it with the request and approvals run in parallel with mobilization instead of after it.
