How we run it
Tell dispatch the material, the quantity and where it has to land. We translate quantities into loads and tell you what arrives when, rather than quoting a truck count and leaving you to do the arithmetic.
Sourcing runs through the plants and pits on our regular corridors, so haul times are known rather than estimated. If a plant is down or a material is short, you hear it from dispatch before it becomes your delay.
Delivery is sequenced to your crew. Base rock ahead of a compaction crew is a different job from a single pad drop, and loads are spaced so nobody is buried or standing around waiting.
When inbound and outbound run the same week, the same dispatcher handles both — material in, export out, one point of contact.

Grading and underground contractors placing base rock and backfill. GCs on pad preparation who need fill dirt import scheduled around an excavation. Paving crews needing road base ahead of a lift. Site contractors who would rather buy material and haulage from one place than coordinate a plant and a trucking company separately.
Questions estimators ask
- Do you supply the material or just haul it?
- Both, and you can have either. We source base rock, aggregate, sand and fill dirt from the plants and pits we run to, or we haul material you have already bought. Tell dispatch which, and the arrangement is the same either way.
- How do I order — by tons or by loads?
- Whichever you actually have. Give dispatch tons, cubic yards or a plan area and we translate it into loads and tell you what it means for your day. Quantities on a plan and quantities on a truck are not the same thing, and translating between them is our job, not yours.
- Can you deliver outside normal hours?
- Night and early-morning deliveries are routine on paving and street work, subject to the plant’s hours and any noise restrictions on your site. Tell dispatch the window when you book and we will tell you honestly whether the plant supports it.
- Can the same job send material out as well as bring it in?
- Yes, and it usually should. Dirt export and disposal is the outbound half of the same conversation. Running both through one dispatcher is what stops trucks arriving empty when they could have left loaded.
