How we run it
Tell dispatch the material, the site and the dates. We match the truck type to the site before the first morning — a transfer that cannot make your gate helps nobody, and swapping equipment on day one costs you a morning.
Cycles are planned against the tipping point, not the map: plant and disposal-site hours, scale queues and legal routes decide the real cycle time. Loads are ticketed, and tickets reconcile against your quantities.
If the job grows past what our own trucks cover, we coordinate vetted partner capacity — subhaulers we have worked with before, dispatched to the same standard and never blended into our fleet count.
Who orders this
General contractors and excavation subs who need trucking to keep pace with an excavator or a demolition crew. Paving contractors moving grindings out and rock in. Public-works jobs where certified payroll and prevailing wage are conditions of the contract, not extras.
Questions estimators ask
- How many trucks can you put on a job?
- Depends on the week and the cycle. Tell dispatch the loading rate — how many loads an hour your excavator produces — and we will size the rotation so trucks are neither queuing on your street nor leaving the machine idle. For scopes beyond our own fleet we coordinate vetted partner capacity.
- Do you haul on prevailing-wage jobs?
- Yes — prevailing-wage work is normal for us, with certified payroll run from day one. Signatory documentation goes out with the prequalification packet; tell us at request time so the paperwork starts with the job.
- Who chooses the disposal site?
- Either works. If your job has a designated site or an export-profile requirement, we haul to it. If not, dispatch proposes the practical option for the material and location — see our dump site coordination service.
- What do you need from us before the first truck arrives?
- Site address and gate, material type, loading equipment, working hours, and any site induction your GC requires. A COI with your entities named comes with the confirmation.
